Biography

Vass began his rugby journey at Trinity College Kandy, where he played until he immigrated to Australia in 2005. Upon arriving in Australia, he joined Harlequins Rugby Club and excelled as a scrum half, leading his team to victory in the U16 Victorian League. This triumph earned his team the honor of representing Victoria in a series of games against the South Australian state team.

Beyond club rugby, Vass showcased his leadership skills by captaining the Mount Waverley Secondary College rugby team in various competitions. His passion for the sport continued as he later joined Box Hill Rugby Club, where he competed in both Division 2 and Division 3 leagues. Vass's journey reflects his dedication, leadership, and deep love for rugby.
